The EU Partnerships for the delivery of primary health including HIV and AIDS Programme is a six-year programme developed by Government of South Africa in collaboration with the European Union. The aim of the Programme is to strengthen the delivery of district primary health care services (especially those addressing HIV&AIDS) by supporting the development of partnerships between government and non-profit service organizations (NPOs).
