CALL FOR PAPERS – POSTER PRESENTATIONS
A poster presentation involves the development of a poster that has interesting information and visual impact. The posters will be grouped into themes and during each poster session the presenter of each poster will have 5 minutes to speak about their poster. This will be followed by an opportunity for all those present at the specific poster session to ask questions and to discuss the posters. Each session will have a discussion facilitator. Poster presenters are expected to be present during the duration of the specific poster session.
Criteria for the posters are as follows:
Size: Minimum A2 (420x594mm) and maximum 900x1200mm
Language: English with the addition of a 2nd language if preferred.
Lamination: All posters must be laminated
Text: No handwritten text. Text should be large. Recommended minimum is Arial 26
Photos, graphs and figures should be large enough to be seen comfortably from a distance of 2 meters away.
Submission of proposals as follows:
A typed proposal is required in English. The title must not exceed 10 words and the content of the poster should be described in a short paragraph of no more than 250 words. The author(s) or presenter(s) must be listed with addresses and their affiliation, if appropriate. Submissions must reach the conference programme committee before 31st July 2003. They may be emailed to

Submission of a proposal is a commitment to register for and attend the conference.
