Tender documents can be collected at Department of National Health's reception 231 Proes steet, Hallmark Arcade, Hallmark building, Pretoria and are free of charge.
Documents can be collected from 07:30am until 15:30pm from Mondays to Fridays or posted with registered mail on written requests received either by e-mail or fax : (012) 312 - 0912.
